Shinanotaki Falls is located at the boundary
among the three towns, Konu, Kisa and Sera
in the middle of Hiroshima Prefecture. From
the entrance of the Shinanotaki Falls, take
a walk along streams to the falls for an
about 40 minutes, and enjoy a beautiful view
of the waterfalls. After hiking you can stop
by the Jimmy Carter Civic Center in Konu-cho.

U.S. former President is involved in it.
On the third Sunday of July a big summer festival, Gionsan Festival is held in Hichi in the town. It is said to have a 1,200-year tradition, and is dedicated to Susano ono Mikoto, a god in Japanese mythology. The festival will be carried out by imitating the wedding ceremony between him and his bride Inadahime.
